Exhibitor Registration

 

Registration includes one representative and up to two additional attendees. 

All other attendees with your company will need to register

and pay using the link on the home page to attend the symposium.

Event Load-In & Set-Up

Load-in and set-up begins at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13th, in the Prefunction Area outside Crockett in the Hilton, Downtown Nashville.

Load-in and set-up must be completed no later than 5:00 p.m. One table and two chairs will be provided.

Tear-down is at noon on Tuesday, October 15th.

Room luggage carts are available at the hotel.

Vanderbilt Transplant personnel will be on site for further direction.

Valet parking will be available on site.

 

 

Event Breaks & Networking Opportunities

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with exhibitors on Monday, 10/14, at 9:50 a.m., 12:00 p.m.,

3:00 p.m., and again during the Wine & Cheese Network Session at 5:15 p.m.

An additional break on Tuesday, 10/15, is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
